Kuala Lumpur, 2018 – Mah Sing Group’s (Mah Sing’s) biggest township, Meridin East in Pasir Gudang celebrated its first Vacant Possession (VP) of its first parcel, The Greenway, last Saturday.

The Greenway is fully sold and comprises 492 units of two (2)-storey linked homes with built-ups starting from 1,595 sq ft. This is a milestone for Mah Sing as the handover kicks off the first of many quality homes to be handed over in the Group’s flagship 1,313-acre master-planned township, with The Eden scheduled for VP in Q3 2018.

Mah Sing’s Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Ho Hon Sang said, “We are glad to see our vision of Meridin East finally come to life. On behalf of Mah Sing, I would like to congratulate the residents of The Greenway on successfully completing their homeownership journey. Residents of The Greenway can take pride in being the first group of people to not only kick-start the Meridin East township, but also Mah Sing’s first VP of the year.”

About Meridin East
Meridin East is situated in Pasir Gudang, Iskandar Malaysia, a gated and guarded township to be developed over the next 12 to 15 years. The 1,313 acres integrated mixed development has a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM5billion and is Mah Sing Group’s biggest development by acreage. As Meridin East is located within close proximity of the booming Pasir Gudang Industrial Hub and Tanjung Langsat Industrial Park, it will play an important role to address the need for homes for workers and families in the respective areas.

Besides facilities and amenities for complete and sustainable development, Meridin East will provide residents with a lush green environment and a wide selection of activities to encourage exercise and healthy living. The Group plans to plant several thousand native trees around the townships Mulberry lake to preserve and enhance the natural flora and fauna. The township also has 110 acres allocated to develop various activities for its residents to exercise.
